Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the tools you buy from TOPCORTE - FERRAMENTAS DE USINAGEM. This policy explains how to return an item and request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-16.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Before you return

If you are unsure whether a tool fits your application, such as its diameter, thread, shank, insert geometry or holder, contact us first. We can help you check whether the item is right for your machine and material.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the credit.

Because we do not sell subscriptions, there are no recurring charges to cancel.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, follow the steps in our Shipping Policy.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Exchanges

Defective items can be exchanged or fully refunded, with shipping paid by us.
